Scope limits: All services are provided strictly within the scope defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, order, or written engagement. Any timelines, conclusions, recommendations, or outputs depend on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information provided by the client. Silverton Nex is not responsible for work, assumptions, or outcomes outside the agreed scope.

No guarantee of outcome: Advisory, evaluation, research, and strategic support are provided on a best-efforts basis and do not guarantee commercial, legal, financial, or operational outcomes. Clients remain solely responsible for all business, investment, contracting, and execution decisions.

Liability limits: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silverton Nex disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Any direct liability arising from services or site use will be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Payment terms: Fees are due according to the terms stated at checkout, in the relevant invoice, or in a separate written agreement. Late payments may result in service delay, suspension of deliverables, or cancellation of work. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, transfer fees, or transaction charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refund policy: Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for consultations, advisory services, training sessions, evaluations, research work, and custom deliverables are non-refundable once the work has been scheduled, started, delivered, or substantially prepared. Any discretionary refund, credit, or rescheduling decision remains solely at Silverton Nex's discretion.

Confidentiality: Silverton Nex will treat non-public client materials as confidential and will use them only for the purpose of performing the agreed services, subject to legal, compliance, and operational requirements. Clients are likewise responsible for handling Silverton Nex materials, methods, pricing, and deliverables as confidential unless disclosure is expressly authorized in writing.

Intellectual property: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Silverton Nex retains all rights in its frameworks, methods, templates, know-how, and pre-existing materials. Clients may use deliverables for their own internal business purposes, but may not resell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit them beyond the authorized scope without prior written permission.

Changes and termination: Silverton Nex may update these terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access to services or the website if required for security, compliance, non-payment, misuse, or operational reasons. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
